Just like Woody’s Blanc de Blanc, this non-alcoholic Sparkling Rosé is crafted in California using organic Chardonnay from Mendocino, carefully removing the alcohol through vacuum distillation to preserve its character before adding in natural flavors, a touch of sugar, and light carbonation for balance and sparkle. 

For this blend, Woody's uses a small amount of a field blend of unfermented red grapes to create a more complex, fruit-forward flavor profile. The result is a crisp, off-dry rosé with bright berry notes and a delicate mineral finish.
