We create one of a kind floral arrangements inspired by the seasons that manifest joy and magic, perfect for celebrating your special day. Our studio is surrounded by our flower fields and we love providing fresh, seasonal, fragrant, Certified Naturally Grown and chemical-free florals from our solar powered flower farm.
Our Wedding + Events Shop is perfect for folks who love our organic floral designs and are seeking a streamlined process for ordering event flowers. We know planning a wedding and event can be stressful, and we strive to make order beautiful flowers the easiest part of your event. Simply choose the quantity of your personal flowers, centerpieces, and other items and describe your color palette. Our ideal client trusts our experience and process in creating unique, beautiful pieces for your event.
Our Wedding + Event Shop is not well suited for folks who require very specific flower types, require mockups, want replicas of another designer's work, seek a design style unlike our own, require in-person consultation, or have more complex event design needs.
We'll create lush, garden style pieces with the best of what's growing the week of your event in your desired color palette. The pieces we create will be unique to your event because every week in our farmer-florist growing season is unique.
Delivery/Pick-Up: Orders are carefully delivered to locations in Athens and to out-of-the-area locations for an additional fee (please reach out to us first if you're out of the Athens area).
- If you need items delivered to multiple locations, please create separate orders for each delivery.
- To schedule an Athens area delivery without specific timing requests, simply add the items to your cart and check out. The website will prompt you to select a delivery date and location. It will calculate the fee based on mileage.
- If you require delivery at a specific time, please add a delivery appointment to your cart.
- We will deliver the ordered items to the delivery location on your order. A designated space is needed to place the items upon our arrival. This does not include setup. If further setup or installation is needed, it must be communicated in advance, and will include an installation fee. Cleanup and pickup of florals/vases after the event is not a service we provide.
- Orders may also be picked up at our storefront, located at 919 N Chase St Tuesday-Saturday (check here for updated store hours).
Design Style & Colors: Each piece we create is one of a kind. The images we provide are solely to demonstrate our design style and showcase the size and range of variations.
- You may add links to photos in any item notes or in the checkout notes section. Nevertheless, all studio work focuses on our natural style and seasonal florals, prioritizing originality over replicas.
Bookings are accepted through our Wedding & Events Shop up to a year before your event. We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks prior, but there is no exact deadline. Waiting until the last minute may limit our ability to fulfill certain requests. The more notice we have, the more likely we'll be able to accommodate your order!
Disclaimers: No insurance is provided by R&R Secret Flowers to cover any damage to property. For example: if an arrangement is knocked over by anyone not associated with R&R Secret Flowers and ruins the wedding cake, linens, furniture or flooring, R&R Secret Flowers is not liable.
To keep our costs low, correspondence is limited to email. If you prefer a phone consultation, we can schedule a 30 minute phone call for a fee of $40. That amount of time is typically enough to address any questions.
R&R Secret Flowers reserves the right to utilize our discretion to create floral pieces based on your preferred color palette. We cannot promise specific flower varieties as the vagaries of nature make it impossible to guarantee the availability of specific varieties.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds/credit for items ordered in our Wedding + Event Shop. If you're unsure of the exact number of pieces you want to order, we recommend placing an order for the minimum of what you would like and placing an additional order later when you decide what you'd like to add.
Photos of our work: We love to receive high quality digital copies of professional photos featuring our work to use on our website, social media, etc. with permission and credit given to the photographers. Please send us photos when you get them! :)
