Our small-batch medium-roasted coffee is fresh roasted and once you have a cup it's hard to go back to anything else - it is DELICIOUS!

We roast a different single-origin bean each week and all our beans are sourced via Farm-Gate (better than fair-trade) from small coffee grower co-ops. Seriously, our fresh roasted beans make an amazing cup of coffee!

Coffee has been one of our long-time passions. We've been roasting since 2015. Robert was an apprentice for a wood-roasted coffee company for 3 years and developed his skills in brewing a delicious cup. 

Here's our brewing instructions for a 34 oz French press: 2 coffee scoops (equivalent of 4 total tbsp) of ground coffee, pour in hot water, stir, let sit for 6 minutes, then press down and pour. Enjoy!
